Application

The propeller side mixer M1L is designed for mixing food and industrial products (syrups, oils, solutions, etc.) mainly used for mixing liquids of low viscosity.

General characteristics

The M1L agitators are high-speed agitators designed to operate in an angled or horizontal position (angle from 90° to 45°). Thanks to their fast and powerful stirring action, they are used for dissolving and mixing, and for dispersion, they are used for mixing low-viscosity liquids. The agitator is mounted on a special flange with a sleeve welded into the tank shell; it is possible to mount it on the shell with insulation. The motor body is made of aluminium, the components in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L steel. Motor in IE3 standard, insulated in class F, protection IP55

Installation of an Ex motor; installation of a motor with other parameters; installation of a motor cover; change of rotor diameter and shape; double sealing.
