Pump WPs-4 - Pumps for food liquids

• Transport of liquid food products with viscosity up to 1000 cP, where a low pumping capacity is required The pump is successfully used in both raw material and product applications,
• the pump is used in:
  • dairy (fresh and pasteurised milk, whey, ice cream mixes),
  • fruit and vegetable processing (non-clarified and clarified juices),
• pumping of basic utilities in the food industry (water, cold or hot purified water),
• other liquids in the food industry.

The pump type WPs is used in the food industry, particularly when low capacity is required in production processes.

The WPs pump is a centrifugal pump and together with the motor is a closed monolithic structure placed on a base equipped with adjustable feet. The whole is covered with a splash-proof acid-resistant steel casing.
The pump impeller is mounted on the extended shaft of the motor driving the pump.

Pump manufactured from stainless steel 1.4404 for parts in contact with the pumped medium and 1.4301 for the other parts. Shaft seals: single-piece mechanical face, material set selected to suit the pumped medium.

The following advantages are noteworthy: easy operation, low energy consumption, hygiene preservation - washable casing seal, easy cleaning of parts - CIP system cleaning, convertibility (no foundation required).

The pump is durable and reliable in operation.
On the external casing of the pump, which is fixed by a clamping ring, there are two stubs with Rd external threads according to DIN 11851.

The advantage is that the pump casing can be freely rotated (the discharge nozzle can be positioned horizontally at the bottom). The pumps have the necessary approvals for use in the food industry. The pumps are provided with a declaration of conformity and the CE safety mark.
