Pump GU-13 - Pumps for food liquids

• The GU-13 pump is intended for the transport of concentrated food liquids with a dry matter content of up to 50% or other foodstuffs with similar properties at a temperature of up to 95°C:
  • condensed milk
  • cream
  • juices
  • syrups
  • purees
  • brines
  • acids and alkalis *
• in-circuit cleaning of other machinery and equipment

The GU-13 pump is a centrifugal pump and, together with the motor, is a closed monolithic structure with a tripod base. The pump rotor is mounted on the extended shaft of the motor driving the pump.

Pump execution in AISI 316 stainless steel for the part in contact with the fluid and AISI 304 for the other parts.

Shaft seals: mechanical face double - with seal flushing liquid (water) or single, material set to match the pumped liquid.

The following advantages are noteworthy: easy operation, low energy consumption, hygiene maintained, easy cleaning of parts, convertibility (no foundation required). The pump is durable and reliable in operation. On the pump's external body, which is fixed by a clamping ring, there are two stubs with Rd male threads to DIN 11851 or stubs for compression fittings.

The advantage is that the pump casing can be freely rotated (the discharge port can be positioned horizontally at the bottom).

All feet are adjustable and enable the pump to be positioned horizontally up to a height of 250 mm.

The pumps have the necessary approvals for use in the food industry. The pumps are supplied with a declaration of conformity and the CE safety mark.
