Positive displacement lobe pump PWk-10

The PWk-10 pump is a positive displacement pump with two types of cams - either cams or rotors (rotors shown in the picture).
The pump operates on the principle of concurrently rotating cams mounted on two shafts.
All parts of the pump are made of acid-resistant steel of grade 1.4301.

The pump was designed for pumping viscous liquids in the food industry and liquids that need to be handled gently and gently during the pumping process. The relatively low speed of the cams makes this possible.

The pump body is fitted with two DN50 connections to DIN 11851. A characteristic feature of this type of pump is that the suction port becomes the discharge port when the direction of rotation of the cams is changed.

The pump body is connected to a gearbox and bearing box, also made of stainless steel, which in turn is connected to a reduction gearbox and motor. The pump uses a motor to cooperate with a frequency converter, which is included in the pump's scope of supply, enabling precise selection of pumping parameters.
