Pump SPw-14 - Pumps for food liquids

Transport of food liquids at temperatures up to 200°C, in particular:

• Oil,
• syrups,
• juices, hot water,
• other liquids.

In-circuit washing of other machinery and equipment.

• Pump made on the basis of a GA pump - installed pump unit mounted in separate bearings, driven from an electric motor through a coupling isolating the motor from the influence of the temperature of the pumped medium.
• Impeller construction - closed, between two discs.
• Material used to build the pump: Acid-resistant steel 1.4301 (AISI 304).
• Single mechanical seal.

  Impregnated carbon/silicon carbide,
  Silicon carbide/silicon carbide,
  impregnated carbon/ceramic.
  Rubber materials:

  Ethylpropylene (EPDM)
  Fluoroelastomer (VITON)
  Nitrile (NBR)
  Karlez

  Other gasket material combinations on request.

• PN connecting ferrules - suction DN50 (Rd68) and discharge DN40 (Rd 55) or according to DIN 11851 - suction DN50 (Rd 78).
• The pumps have the necessary approvals for use in the food industry. The pumps are provided with a declaration of conformity and the CE safety mark.
