Tank equipment

General information

The basic equipment of the tanks consists of:

• W1 - bottom manhole,
• W2 - top manhole,
• P1 - tube liquid indicator,
• P2 - hydrostatic level measurement,
• O1 - vent with mesh,
• C1 -CIP system,
• K1 - drain/supply connection,
• K2 - level sensor connection,
• K3 - temperature sensor connection,
• K4 - sampling cock - aseptic,
• M1 - side stirrer,
• M2 - vertical mixer.

The design of the tanks and their construction enable them to be washed using the CIP system. The CIP system also makes it possible to wash the tank's equipment, i.e. agitators, manholes, etc. Selected designs can be additionally steam sterilised.
