Pump GU-200 - Pumps for food liquids

The GU-200 is a high-performance centrifugal pump designed for the transport of non- or low-density food liquids.

The pump's operating temperature can reach 95oC.

The pump can be designed for installations where food safety is very important.

High-performance pump applications:

• Ultrafiltration process drive
• Transport of distillery mash
• Conveying of basic media in the food industry (water, cold or hot purified water)
• Distilling (distillery mash, spirits),
• Washing liquids for the CIP system
• Transport of liquid food products with viscosities up to 1000 cP,
• Fruit and vegetable processing (non-clarified and clarified juices, juices with fibres, fruit drinks, vegetable drinks, wines, liqueurs, beer)

The pump type GU200 is a high-efficiency centrifugal pump. Together with the motor, the pump is a closed monolithic structure resting on 4 articulated, adjustable legs.

Pump impeller - open, seated on the extended shaft of the motor driving the pump. External pump casing mounted with cap nuts to the pump casing. An o-ring seal is fitted between the outer casing and the pump casing so that it can be washed out during the CIP cleaning process.

Outer casing and pump casing made of min. 5.0mm thick, specially formed in a forming process, which contributes to the durability and reliability of the pump. Flanged DN125 inlet connection to the pump, DN80 on the outlet according to PN-EN 1092-1:2010.

Pump manufactured from stainless steel 1.4404 for parts coming into contact with the product and 1.4301 for other parts such as the casing and base.

Shaft seals: mechanically double-faced with flushing liquid (water) or single-faced; material sets of seals selected to match the pumped medium.

The pumps have the necessary approvals for use in the food industry and are CE-marked.
