The pumping of non-concentrated liquids is also possible, but for this purpose it is more economical to use centrifugal pumps.

The PWe pump is a positive displacement pump with an impeller having flexible vanes (made of rubber, viton or food-grade neoprene), whose eccentric mounting enables the volume between the vane and the casing to be varied - on the suction side, the space is larger and progressively tighter, so that on the discharge side, with the smallest volume of space, it is pushed into the discharge port by successive liquid-carrying vanes. The pump has DN65 connections to DIN11851 (Rd95 x 1/6" thread).

This pump design allows a stable fluid flow (minimising pulsatility), and allows the pumping of fluid with soft and hard particles. However, hard particles can cause abrasion of the casing and wear of the flexible vanes.

The pump allows the fluid to be pumped in both directions - after changing the direction of rotation of the motor.

The pump is driven by an asynchronous, three-phase motor with thermistors fitted, with the possibility of using a frequency converter, which allows stepless capacity regulation by changing the speed of the motor and the pump shaft.

The pump is also available in a mobile version - a trolley design.
