Paddle agitator

The slow-running vertical paddle mixer M2Z is designed for mixing food and industrial products of different viscosities and densities (syrups, oils, concentrates, etc.). The use of the paddle mixer prevents unnecessary aeration of the product and maintains a uniform consistency. They are used in tanks without a heating jacket and for products that do not require intensive mixing.

The M2Z mixers are slow-running mixers designed for vertical operation. The diameter of the agitator is usually equal to half the internal diameter of the tank. The agitator is mounted on a special flange welded to the top of the vessel; it can also be mounted on insulated vessels. The geared motor body is made of aluminium, the components in contact with the product are made of AISI 304L or 316L steel. Motor in IE3 standard, insulated in class F, IP55 protection. Mixer holder sliding sleeves made of PTFE or B101 (other material can be fitted).
