Pressure vessels

General information

Vessels manufactured in accordance with ROZPORZĄDZENIE MINISTRA GOSPODARKI, PRACY AND SOCIAL POLITYKI SPOŁECZNEJ z dnia 8 maja 2003 r. w sprawie zasadniczych wymagań dla urządzeń ciśnieniowych i zespołów urządzeń ciśnieniowych (rozporządzenie wdrażuje dyrektywę ciśnieni 97/23/WE)

The tanks produced are designed for:

  1. gases, liquefied gases, gases dissolved under pressure, vapours, and liquids with a vapour pressure at the maximum allowable temperature higher than the normal atmospheric pressure of 1,013 mbar by more than 0.5 bar,
  2. liquids with a vapour pressure at the maximum allowable temperature of not more than 0.5 bar above normal atmospheric pressure of 1,013 mbar.

Whereby the liquids (gases or liquids or gases and liquids) in the tanks can be categorised as Group 1 or Group 2.

Fluid group 1 - includes hazardous fluids:

  1. extremely flammable,
  2. highly flammable,
  3. flammable, when the maximum permissible temperature is higher than the flash point,
  4. highly toxic,
  5. toxic,
  6. with oxidising properties, as defined in the legislation on the criteria and classification of chemical substances and preparations;

Fluid group 2 - includes liquids not listed in 1. Group 2 therefore includes most food liquids.

Application

Tanks designed for the storage of foodstuffs under aseptic conditions achieved by a guided process of washing and sterilising the tank and maintaining positive pressure until and after the tank is filled.
Tank equipped with aseptic fittings. DN50 pipe routed along the tank shell - welded on one side to the top floor and brought down to 1800 mm level.
Sterile valve with vacuomanometer, filter and fermentation tube fitted at the end of the pipe. DIN 11851 aseptic fittings.
Overpressure and underpressure valve installed.
DN20 aseptic test port (for cleaning and sterilisation without disassembly).

Application

Tanks intended for the storage of certain dangerous, noxious, toxic, poisonous, corrosive, flammable liquids in accordance with regulations:

  1. Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 18 September 2001 on the technical conditions of technical supervision to be met by non-pressure and low-pressure vessels intended for the storage of flammable liquids,
  2. Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 April 2002 on the technical conditions of technical supervision to be met by non-pressure and low-pressure vessels intended for the storage of toxic or corrosive materials.
