The pump is designed for pumping viscous liquids in the food industry and liquids that must be handled gently and gently during the pumping process. This is made possible by the low speed of the cams.

The working element is made up of two three-quarter-circle cams running in tandem, mounted in a pump casing fitted with two DN100 connections to DIN 11851. A variation of the pump is the batman-shaped rotors. The use of rotors makes it possible to pump large pieces of liquid without crushing them between the rotor and the impeller.

The product is transported in the space formed by the cams and the pump body. Characteristic of this type of pump is that the suction port, when the direction of rotation of the cams is changed, becomes the discharge port and the discharge port becomes the suction port.

The pump body is connected to a gearbox and bearing box, also made of corrosion-protected carbon steel, which in turn is connected to a reduction gear seated directly in the hub of a geared motor connected to the motor. The pump is fitted with a frequency converter motor, which is supplied with the pump, allowing the pumping parameters to be precisely adjusted.

Seals - double, mechanical with the need to supply the gland with flushing water. Sealing on the product side - multi-spring - on the cooling liquid side with single spring. Material combinations to be agreed.
