The propeller side mixer M1R is designed for mixing food and industrial products (syrups, oils, solutions, etc.) mainly used for mixing liquids of low viscosity.
General characteristics
The M1R mixers are designed to be used in an angled or horizontal position (90° to 45° angle). Thanks to their powerful stirring action, they are used for dissolving and mixing, and for dispersion, they are used for mixing low-viscosity liquids. The agitator is mounted on a special sleeve flange welded to the tank shell; it can also be mounted on a jacket with insulation. The geared motor is made of aluminium, the parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L steel. Gearmotor in IE3 standard, insulated in class F, IP55 protection.

Installation of an Ex motor; installation of a motor with other specifications; installation of a motor cover; change of rotor diameter and shape; double sealing.
