Application

The MT turbine mixer is designed for mixing food and industrial products (syrups, oils, solutions, etc.) It is ideal for making suspensions as well as dissolving products (it makes a homogeneous mixture). The turbine mixer is characterised by reduced mixing time and high efficiency.

General characteristics

The MT agitators are fast-rotating agitators designed for angled (90° to 45° angle), horizontal and vertical operation. Thanks to their fast and powerful mixing, they are used for dissolving and mixing, and for dispersion. The agitator is mounted on a special flange with a sleeve welded into the tank shell or the top flange; it is possible to mount it on the shell or the bottom flange with insulation. The motor body is made of aluminium, the components in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L steel. Motor in IE3 standard, insulated in class F, protection IP55

Installation of an Ex motor; installation of a motor with other parameters; installation of a motor cover; change of rotor diameter; double sealing.
