APPLICATION

Gravity roller conveyors are designed to move products in containers and cartons without the use of a mechanical drive. Loads are moved by gravity thanks to the inclined position of the conveyor rollers in relation to the horizontal. The width of the conveyors is adapted to the dimensions of the products being transported or to the needs of the production line. Roller conveyors are a very versatile transport tool.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The PRG roller conveyor consists of two stringers, to which the transport rollers are mounted. The whole is supported on a structure which is equipped with an adjustment for changing the inclination of the structure in relation to the horizontal. In addition, the special design of the support structure makes it possible to change the height of the entire structure, adapting it to the needs of the equipment in the process line. If there is a need to change the direction of the load flow, it is possible to produce a special design of stringers and rollers enabling the load flow to be changed by any angle.
