APPLICATION

Powered roller conveyors are designed for moving products in containers, cartons and on transport pallets. The width of the conveyors is adapted to the dimensions of the products being transported or to the needs of the technological line.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The PRN roller conveyor consists of two stringers, to which the transport rollers are mounted. The whole is placed on a structure which is equipped with an adjustment for changing the height of the whole structure, adapting it to the needs of the technological line equipment. The roller conveyor is driven by a geared motor, the drive between the individual conveyor rollers is transmitted by a ladder chain or by means of drive belts.

If there is a need to change the direction of the load flow, it is possible to construct a special transfer structure that changes the load flow by 90 degrees in relation to the conveyor's main axis.

Powered roller conveyors are a simple and versatile design, perfectly suited to packaging lines, storage and packaging washing lines.
